The workshop will use the software "GitMind" to work on the ontology, incorporating suggestions from workshop participants. The participants will form one of the writing teams for the community paper. | |||

Details for the use case workshop "EU policy and energy research taxonomies".
UC “EU policy and energy research taxonomies”: Tuesday, 1/12/2020 (10am-2pm):
The workshop focuses on metadata, exploring how to link ontologies used for policy-making and those used in research domains.
Six ontology islands will be analyzed:
- EERAdata ontology - entire energy system for low carbon energy transition
- Oxford’s fairsharing.org SRAO - all scientific disciplines
- EU Directives - specialized legal documents (EU level)
- Keywords from the journal “Energy” - publisher’s perspective on the energy domain
- EuroSciVoc - vocabulary generated from the EU project database CORDIS
- COMETS inventory - practical use case based on a Horizon 2020 project.
